Microfiction Monday

It's s Monday (or late Sunday night) so it must be time to visit Susan with our stories. Make sure to let her know if you wrote a 140 character story.

THIS WEEK'S PHOTO
"Mind you, I hate to complain," began the # 7.
"After all this is a lovely clock and location."

"But why do I look like an upside down 2?"

Heheheh...I thought the same thing when I saw that 7. What font is that? I couldn't think of anything clever to say about the odd 7, but you did! Good one.

I saw this too, Hope. But I have seen it before.
But you have it right, the # 7 is a lucky number so we must keep him happy. :)

I'm glad that I wasn't the only one to be bothered by that particular typographic anomaly!

He may be complaining, but he's being so gracious about it! I think he must have a British accent. LOL

Heheheh...I noticed that odd 7 (of course 7 is odd!), myself, but I couldn't think of anything clever to say about it. Good job, Hope! Thanks for the laugh!

I also thought it looked like an upside down two. But I wasn't as clever as you, finding a way to weave it into a story. Well done!

Have a great week, hope.

I feel foolish admitting I didn't notice the upside down 2. I love this.
