Monday Microfiction

Write a story in 140 characters, then let Susan know you came to play.

This week's illustration.
Given the choice of a pay cut or walking the plank,
Isaac chose to leave the Love Boat.
Anything was better than rich whiners.
Even this.

Poor Isaac - a disappointed man but true to his principles :-)

Wow, he WAS desperate! I can identify with "rich whiners" as we had to sit at a table with them for dinner every night of a 3-week cruise last December. I dreaded going to dinner.

The Love Boat! Wednesday afternoons at 2pm, as I recall. Although I'm trying not to.
I am, therefore, with Isaac.
